Consultation
We visit, talk through your vision, needs and budget, and take measurements.
No obligation and no charge. We'd rather tell you early if your budget and your plan don't line up than find out halfway through.

Detailed quote & design
A clear, itemised quote and a realistic timeline. No hidden costs, no surprises.
You'll see what each part of the job costs, what's included and what isn't, and roughly how long you'll be without the room.

The build
Our own team delivers the work on time and tidy, keeping you informed at every step.
We protect the rest of the house, clean up at the end of each day, and tell you before anything noisy or disruptive happens.

Handover
A final walk-through, finishing touches, and aftercare so you're completely happy.
We walk the room with you, note anything that isn't right, and come back and fix it. You have our numbers afterwards, not a call centre.
Common questions
The things people ask us first.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the size of the job and on trades and materials, so we give you a realistic timeline with your quote rather than a number over the phone. A typical bathroom runs a few weeks on site; a full kitchen depends heavily on cabinetry lead times.
Will the quote change once you start?
Only if you change the scope, or if something genuinely unexpected turns up behind a wall. If that happens you'll hear about it and approve the cost before we do the work. The quote is itemised so you can see exactly what moved.
Can I still live in the house?
In most cases, yes. We work around you, protect the areas we are not working in, and keep the site tidy. We will tell you up front which days will be the disruptive ones.
Do you do smaller jobs?
Yes: laundry fit-outs, wardrobes, a run of bespoke storage. If it is cabinetry or carpentry, it is our trade.
